By using Snapgrid Remix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Game license

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for lawful, non-commercial gameplay. You may not interfere with the app, cheat, abuse its services, or reverse engineer proprietary portions except where applicable law permits it.

Optional Solana wallet

A wallet is not required to play. The sign-in request verifies a public Solana address with a readable identity message and cannot move funds. If you separately choose a paid Shop item, Snapgrid shows the item and fixed USDC price before opening your wallet, and your wallet asks you to approve that transaction. Always review wallet requests and never share a seed phrase or private key.

Game tokens and game items

Game tokens, power-ups, NUKEs, scores, bonuses, themes, and other game items are entertainment features, including when game tokens are purchased. They are not cryptocurrency, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged outside the app.

Your Remix Kit media

You may select a personal photo or sound for local gameplay. You must have the right to use that media. Snapgrid does not upload it or make it available to other users. Do not use unlawful or infringing media.

Purchases

The iOS edition may offer optional purchases or an auto-renewable Premium subscription through Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its terms.

The Android Solana edition may offer fixed-price game-token packs in USDC. The Shop identifies the seller as Snapgrid, shows the exact amount, and requires a separate wallet approval. Payment is sent directly to Snapgrid and verified on Solana before game tokens are added. The Solana dApp Store does not process the payment. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. If a confirmed payment is not delivered, contact support with the public transaction signature; we will investigate and provide the item or any remedy required by applicable law. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian.

No wagering or investment product

Snapgrid does not accept paid Duel entries, wagers, or bets; sell random paid loot boxes or transferable crypto assets; promise profit; or award cash or crypto prizes. Wallet status and purchases do not change piece odds or scoring rules.

Availability and fair play

Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued. Wallet status does not change board generation, scoring rules, piece odds, or power-up odds. Do not manipulate scores, receipts, or app behavior.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Richard Ducat and EB28 are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
