By using Snapgrid Remix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Game license

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for lawful, non-commercial gameplay. You may not interfere with the app, cheat, abuse its services, or reverse engineer proprietary portions except where applicable law permits it.

Optional Solana identity

A wallet is not required to play. Wallet connection only verifies a public Solana address by signing a readable identity message. Version 1.0 does not initiate token transfers, offer investments, provide financial services, accept wagers, sell crypto assets, or award cash or crypto prizes. Always review requests in your wallet and never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone.

Game tokens and game items

Game tokens, power-ups, NUKEs, scores, bonuses, themes, and other game items are local entertainment features. They are not cryptocurrency, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged outside the app.

Your Remix Kit media

You may select a personal photo or sound for local gameplay. You must have the right to use that media. Snapgrid does not upload it or make it available to other users. Do not use unlawful or infringing media.

iOS purchases

The iOS edition may offer optional purchases or an auto-renewable Premium subscription through Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its terms. The Android Solana dApp Store edition does not offer paid items in version 1.0.

Availability and fair play

Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued. Wallet status does not change board generation, scoring rules, piece odds, or power-up odds. Do not manipulate scores, receipts, or app behavior.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Richard Ducat and EB28 are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
