Wallet safety
Support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or a transfer. Do not email those secrets. You can play as a guest, sign out from Player Profile, and reconnect later.
Reset local data
Use Reset inside a Remix Kit to remove its selected media. To reset everything, use Android Settings → Apps → Snapgrid Remix → Storage & cache → Clear storage. See the data deletion page.
