Privacy Policy

Snapgrid Remix is a puzzle game from Richard Ducat / EB28. This policy covers the Android Solana dApp Store edition, the iOS edition, and the web edition. The Android edition does not require an account, does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not send scores, boards, Remix media, or ordinary gameplay to a Snapgrid server.

Android data stored on your device

The Android app stores your best score, game-token balance, level, daily progress, power-up inventory, sound setting, chosen board theme, and Remix Kit settings. A Remix Kit may include references to a photo and short sounds you select for six game moments. This information stays in the app's local storage. Selected media is accessed through Android's system document picker and is not uploaded by Snapgrid. If a USDC purchase has been sent but not yet verified, the app also keeps the signed order and public transaction signature in private app storage until fulfillment is safely acknowledged.

Optional Solana wallet connection

You may play without a wallet. If you connect one, the Android app uses Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter to ask your installed wallet to sign a human-readable Sign In With Solana message. Snapgrid receives the wallet's public address, optional account label, signed message, and signature so it can verify control of that address on-device. The wallet authorization token and connected address are kept in memory and are cleared when you disconnect or the app process ends.

Snapgrid never asks for or receives your seed phrase or private key. Sign-in cannot move funds. A Shop purchase is separate and asks your wallet to approve one exact USDC transfer. Snapgrid does not request paid tournament entries or broad permission to spend. Your wallet provider processes wallet activity under its own privacy policy.

Android Shop and payment verification

If you choose to buy a game-token pack, the app sends the public wallet address and selected product to Snapgrid's payment service. The service checks public Solana data for a suitable USDC token account, prepares a unique order reference, and after wallet approval verifies the public transaction signature, sending wallet, USDC mint, amount, destination, and final status. It stores an order ID, public wallet address, product, amount, transaction signature, fulfillment ID, and fulfillment time to prevent duplicate delivery, investigate failed delivery, and maintain payment records. It does not receive a seed phrase or private key and does not hold a signing key.

The payment host and private Solana RPC provider process ordinary network information such as IP address and request timing to deliver and protect the service. Snapgrid's in-memory rate limiter does not persist IP addresses. Payment records are retained as reasonably needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, support, and legal obligations. Public Solana transactions remain visible on the blockchain independently of Snapgrid.

iOS services

The iOS edition may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and matchmaking, Apple StoreKit for optional purchases, Apple AdServices for privacy-preserving campaign attribution, and Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform for ads and consent management. Those providers may process device, purchase, advertising, diagnostics, and interaction data under their own policies. AdMob ads are not shown after iOS Premium is active.

Web edition

The web edition may make ordinary hosting requests for page assets. If a web user supplies a custom image URL, the browser may request that image directly from its host.

Data sales and tracking

We do not sell personal data. We do not operate a cross-app tracking system or use wallet addresses to profile users.

Delete your data

Snapgrid does not create a developer-hosted user account. On Android, sign out from Player Profile, use Reset in the Remix Kit, or clear Snapgrid Remix storage in Android Settings to delete all locally stored app data. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Payment ledger records and public blockchain transactions are not removed by clearing the app. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible Snapgrid-held payment data by email; some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, or legal compliance. Children

Snapgrid Remix is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Android edition.

Security and changes

We minimize data collection and use Android's app sandbox and system wallet/document flows. No method of storage is perfectly secure. We may update this policy as the app evolves and will post the revised effective date here.
